Terms of Service

Overview
This online store is operated by Havenly Co, an independent online retailer based in Italy. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Havenly Co. By visiting the store or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the checkout and website footer.

Store and fulfillment model
Havenly Co selects and sells products through this Shopify store. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party fulfillment partners in the United States or China. Havenly Co remains the customer-facing retailer for order support, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Products and information
We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing accurate. Screen settings, supplier updates, and manufacturing revisions can cause minor differences. Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to products that are faulty, unsafe, damaged, or not as described.

Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other applicable costs are shown at checkout when available. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order when a product is unavailable, pricing or inventory data is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Shipping
Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and delivery responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, eligibility requirements, statutory withdrawal rights, refund timing, and return costs. Cancellation can be requested until fulfillment begins.

Acceptable use
You may not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, attempts to interfere with security or availability, collection of other users’ information, or infringement of intellectual-property rights.

Third-party services
The store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners. Their services can be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that are not controlled by Havenly Co.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Havenly Co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Consumers may use any dispute-resolution or court procedures available under applicable law.

Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.
